Sara “Coop” Cooper is doing her best to navigate the pitfalls of running her own restaurant as owner and head-chef. In an effort to get her life back on track after a nasty break-up, she has sworn off dating so she can put all of her time and energy into making her business a success… that is until she meets a local food blogger who can make or break her career.

Alix Pierson has spent the past four years recovering from a hit-and-run accident that forced her to give up her dreams. As she works on getting her life back to a new normal, one without distractions or the threat of a broken heart, she takes on a job to review a restaurant for the local newspaper, bringing her high school crush back into her now very complicated life.

Can Coop and Alix let go of their painful pasts to move forward towards a future together, or is there too much to overcome?
