Design and development of a high-speed axial-flux permanent machine

2001. The study constitutes an overall approach to the design, manufacturing and testing
of an electric machine. Naturally, such an approach involves the making of a series
of choices and decisions, some mandated at the outset by the requirements and
constraints of the surrounding system, and some gradually introduced in due course
by the accompanying technical analyses. The former are mainly about the basic
structure of the machine and the latter are on the specifics of the design parameters
and other auxiliary issues such as the power electronic drive
of an electric machine. Naturally, such an approach involves the making of a series
